REGISTRATION INFORMATION AND FEES

 

REGISTRATION

 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS 5pm on Tuesday, April 21st, 2026 - NO REFUNDS ONCE REGISTRATION CLOSES

NO EXCEPTIONS!  ALL FORMS AND PAYMENT DEPOSIT MUST BE RECEIVED BY THIS DATE.

A COMPLETE REGISTRATION CONSISTS OF:

​

  1. REGISTRATION PAYMENT - add all items to your cart, use your credit card for payment.

  • Camper OR PAT Registration

  • Optional add-ons:

    • Overnight (ONLY for campers entering 5th or 6th grade in fall of this year)

    • Songbook

NOTE:  IF USING COOKIE CREDITS, FALL FUNDS, OR APPLYING FOR A GRANT - PRIOR TO PURCHASING REGISTRATION, EMAIL MEGANKING917@GMAIL.COM.  SHE WILL SEND YOU A COUPON CODE SO YOU CAN PURCHASE YOUR REGISTRATION.

Once payment is received, you will receive an email with a link to the registration form, then complete:

  1.  ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM - Complete all questions - this is all for your camper's safety!

  2. ONLINE HEALTH HISTORY FORM (separate form which will be sent after registration closes).  

    1. Complete all questions. YOU MUST DISCLOSE ALL HEALTH INFORMATION AND MEDICATIONS FOR YOUR CAMPER. THIS IS FOR YOUR CAMPER'S SAFETY!!

  3. COOKIE CREDITS/FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, if applicable

If using electronic cookie credits or fall funds, you will email them to Megan King as soon as you receive them from GSRV.


FEES

CAMPER FEES 

(those campers entering 1-6th grade in fall of 2026)

​

CAMPER FEE INCLUDES:  All programming, bus transportation, lunch each day, patch, and a t-shirt - plus a lifetime of awesome memories!

CAMPER FEE - $210

​

Campers will NOT be permitted to board the bus on Tuesday morning without payment in full.  


OPTIONAL CAMPER FEES

OVERNIGHT PROGRAM - $40 (ONLY for campers entering 5th and 6th grade in FALL 2026.)

CAMP SONG BOOK - $5 Due to popular demand we will be offering camp songbooks for sale this year. Only Campers need to purchase. It is included in the PAT fees and training.

PAT FEES 

(those entering 7th grade and above in fall of 2026)

​​​

PAT FEE INCLUDES:  Three days of training (Program Aide, Jr. Caddie, and Caddie) all materials, bus transportation, lunch each day, PA pin, LIA patch, T-shirt, Overnight Program.

PAT FEE - $150

(Includes the overnight program - you do *not* need to add overnight to your cart).

​​​

PATs will NOT be permitted to board the bus on Tuesday morning with payment in full.

NOTE:  Camp fees are NOT refundable. T-shirts, buses, supplies, and meals are all paid for in advance based on the number of registered participants.
