PA Rank Info

Mentor PA: These are our topmost leaders, these are PAs who have shown the most leadership ability and that we trust to help us train the other PAs. These PAs have enormous responsibility and we have the highest expectations for them.

Patrol Leader: These are PAs that we trust with logistics and management. They have incredible potential and we trust them to run entire patrols of often up to 20 campers. They have huge responsibilities and we have very high expectations for them.

Senior PA: These are PAs that we see incredible promise from. They have shown exceptional leadership abilities and we want to work closer with them to train them so they can become better leaders. These are also our best teachers and skills masters. We have quite high expectations for them.

PA: These are PAs that have been with us 2+ years and have not been promoted. These PAs are incredibly well trained individuals who shoulder a lot of responsibility. We have high expectations for them.

Jr. Caddie (First Year): These are PAs who have never been to camp as a PA and this is their first year of training with us. They are focused on learning a lot and developing as leaders. We have great hopes and expectations of them.
